Who we are
This site is operated by Rudy Flores, Personal Real Estate Liaison and Realtor® (CalDRE #02257808), of the Patti & Jeff McKelvey Team at Coldwell Banker West (Responsible Broker CalDRE #01481919). 944 Orange Avenue, Coronado, CA 92118. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Rudy Flores and the team.
Information you give us
- Contact and questionnaire forms: your name, email address, phone number, what you are interested in, how and when you would like to be contacted, and anything you choose to write, including details about a home you want to buy or sell.
- Weekly market update sign-up: your email address and the ZIP code you chose.
- Calculators: the numbers you type into a calculator stay in your browser. They are sent to us only if you use the “send this to Rudy” form, and then together with your contact details.
Information collected automatically
- Page counts without cookies: we count visits to each page (the page address, the date and the website that sent you). This counter does not use cookies, does not store your IP address or device details, and does not follow you between sites. It is switched off when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
- How you found us: when you send a form, we also save the page you were on and the website or search that sent you (and any campaign tag in the link), so we can tell which pages are helpful.
- Hosting and performance: our host, Cloudflare, delivers this site and provides basic performance and security measurement.
- Videos: videos on the media page load from YouTube, TikTok or Instagram only after you press play, and those services then apply their own policies.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and follow up on requests you send us.
- To send the weekly market update if you signed up, and a confirmation when you send a form.
- To understand which pages help people, and to keep the site secure and working.
- To meet legal and professional obligations that apply to real estate licensees.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising across other websites.
Who else sees it
We use trusted service providers to run the site and handle your messages: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), tools for keeping track of inquiries, and email delivery. They may process your information only to provide those services to us. We may share information with Coldwell Banker West, our broker, as needed for brokerage operations and legal compliance. If you ask us to introduce you to a lender, inspector or other professional, we share only what is needed for that introduction. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Weekly market updates are sent only if you sign up, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us with the details below. A confirmation or reply to a request you sent is not marketing.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiries and sign-ups for as long as they are useful for helping you and as long as the law requires. California requires real estate brokers to keep certain transaction records for at least three years. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; if the law requires us to keep a record, we will tell you.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to ask for a copy; to ask us to correct it; to ask us to delete it; and to be treated the same whether or not you use these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will say so here first and give you a clear way to opt out. To use any of these rights, contact us with the details below; we may need to confirm it is you. You may also ask someone to make a request for you.
